Peer-to-Peer Accountability Groups

Our Peer-to-Peer Accountability Groups leverage the same basic methodologies as the most successful behavioral change programs in the world. Greenlight AGs employ a level of peer reporting and accountability that keeps individuals focused on positive change and targeted goals. Participants identify and resolve issues that are inhibiting personal, professional, and firm-specific success.

An AG group launches with a hand-picked, scalable team, either blended, intact, or both. Blending structured learning with facilitated open sessions, we create an engaging peer-to-peer environment that excites people to develop new skills and behaviors. As important, the group acts as an accountability platform to sustain goals and track performance, via dynamic and individual group scorecards.

As part of this solution, we train clients to form and lead their own AGs going forward.
