High Touch Marketing
High Touch Marketing Strategy, often our first step of engagement with a new client, applies our multi-phase Greenlight methodology: Focus, Target, Define, Align, Outreach, and Renew.
We begin the process by interviewing executives to determine various perspectives on organizational goals and the people who will deliver them. We build on that with a strawman brainstorming session, to reflect insight and decisions collected from the interview process. Next we facilitate an offsite session, during which we present consolidated findings, align the organization around a common vision, brainstorm unique currency, and consider specific high touch marketing campaigns to best achieve the stated goals.
Finally, we consolidate the feedback and apply our own analysis to present the client with an integrated, targeted campaign of high touch marketing initiatives, along with a complete workup of the constituents needed to implement the program.
The result is a marketing strategy created from a profound focus on our client's goals and the relationships that will achieve them.
