FG Case Study – Retail Loyalty Strategies

Drawing from the original group that designed Starwood’s Preferred Guest program, the FG Consulting team has developed the loyalty strategy for a top US retailer managing the transition from a discount membership card to a true loyalty card in order to motivate consolidation of consumer spending. In addition, FG Consulting has worked with consumer packaged goods companies to bring loyalty focused promotions instead of price driven promotions to their retail partners.
