FG created a strategic partnership roadmap for a large health care company that will accelerate them towards their vision of being perceived as a leader in total (including preventative) healthcare. FG identified objectives, target audiences and customer perception gaps through research and interviews. Strategic partnerships were then evaluated against FG’s partnership analysis framework.

FG is creating a full health and wellness program for a major grocery retailer to guide thinking and recommend initiatives that will reposition them as a grocery store that helps people live healthier lives.
