The Greenlight Research Group is the research think tank of Ferrazzi Greenlight.  Led by two Ph.D.s with extensive training in management, marketing, organizational psychology, and consumer psychology, the Greenlight Research Group integrates Ferrazzi Greenlight's vast experiential knowledge with cutting-edge scientific research to create solutions that are real-world relevant and scientifically supported.

While typical consulting firms provide solutions they think might work or that have worked for other clients, Ferrazzi Greenlight differs in that it subjects its unique solutions to rigorous scientific testing.  Thus, whereas other firms merely suggest their approaches will work, we prove our solutions achieve results via formal experimental design, data collection, and thorough statistical analysis.  This provides our clients the opportunity to know that they are obtaining a significant return on their investments and to quantify just how strong of an effect can be expected.

The Greenlight Research Group's services can be divided into four core areas:

  • Secondary Research:  Drawing upon the work of world-class researchers at leading academic institutions around the globe, our research team bridges the gap between the academic world and the business world by identifying key studies, data, and experiments that provide scientific evidence that validates our work.
  • Primary Research: Working directly with clients, our research group creates custom-designed studies that provide empirical evidence supporting current client practices, as well as Ferrazzi Greenlight-designed initiatives.  From study design and data collection to results analysis and interpretation, our Institute provides fully customized research services to our clients.
  • Data Collection: Fully utilizing web 2.0 technology, the Greenlight Research Group collects relevant management and marketing data on an ongoing basis to distribute among our clients.  This rich data pertaining to our clients’ employees and consumers undergoes the same rigorous testing and analysis to provide valuable information to our clients.
  • Expert Advice: The Greenlight Research Group has partnered with several of the world's finest philosophical and analytical minds ranging from psychologist and best-selling author Dr. Mark Goulston to world-renowned leadership guru Warren Bennis.  Our network of experts is always expanding and, as such, our clients are made aware of the latest, greatest ideas from some of the business world's most brilliant minds.
