At Ferrazzi Greenlight, our corporate culture bends to meet the fast-changing needs of our hyper-connected business world. We find ways to collaborate and maintain relationships when we’re spread out across many cities. We support our team members and hold them accountable not just as co-workers, but as friends.

We eat our own dog food, of course, so if you're curious about some of the thinking we've done about our culture, read our blog series on virtual teams that is currently running in Harvard Business Review.

Of course, all of us spend so much time at work that corporate cultures have become the way we live our day-to-day lives. At Ferrazzi Greenlight, we’re well aware that open, candid communication is fostered through social interactions. We strive to play as hard as we work.  Whether it’s bowling, paintball, or just sitting down together for lunch, we’re always looking for ways to strengthen our bonds, to “have each other’s backs.”

Our culture also encourages engagement in philanthropic activity. In service, we grow. We roll up our sleeves to be of service to the communities that need the most because it increases our empathy and gives us training on the most critical of soft skills: intimacy—both within the community we're working for and the team we're working with—and generosity that begins to run unforgettably deep.

As we move forward, Ferrazzi Greenlight's culture helps us build on past successes. We are all expected to contribute to our company's insights and to help develop new methodologies for everything we do.  Our company caps say "IMFG." We are Ferrazzi Greenlight.
