As our Junior Instructional Designer, you’ll work closely (nerd out!) with our Director of Learning Strategy to develop, refine, and format the coaching and experiential learning programs that drive our client engagements. You enjoy editing content and identifying specific problems, and you are articulate in your suggestions for solving them. In this role, you’ll grow your practical knowledge of adult learning theory and the ADDIE model by applying it to presentations, coaching instruction, participant materials, and other documentation, from conception to delivery—giving your guarantee that each one is error-free, conversational, and utterly engaging. You’ll also develop surveys and certification materials and occasionally provide in-session support to facilitators. Curiosity, diplomacy, stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience in instructional design are must-haves.
